Question 11—Dealing with Losses

Answer 3 Successful traders love the game more than the profits.
Rewarding people tends to improve their performance much more than punishments. It pays to be kind to yourself while learning how to trade. Give yourself sufficient time to learn; celebrate even partial successes. Keep good notes of all your trades—you will probably learn more from losses than from wins. Trade a small size, so that you can focus on the game and not on the money. You can always increase your trading size later, after you become more knowledgeable and secure.
