About the Authors
Marshall Fisher is the UPS Professor of Operations and Information Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Co-Director of the Fishman-Davidson Center for Service and Operations Management. His research, teaching, and consulting focus on retail and global supply chain management. He is a member of the Harvard Business School Visiting Committee and the National Academy of Engineering, and is a Fellow of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences, the Production and Operations Management Society, and the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society.
