An Agile Project

In this and the next two chapters, we introduce the agile one-page project manager (OPPM). We will be specifically discussing agile not traditional project management; however, the basic presentation is similar to the traditional OPPM we covered in Chapters 4, 5, and 6. There are five essential parts to an agile project, 12 construction steps to creating an agile OPPM, and seven reporting steps.

We will discuss the “seriously simple” fundamental principles and practices of agile with a general focus on agile/Scrum. But agile will be discussed only sufficiently enough to provide the background necessary to present the agile OPPM as a communication tool specifically designed for agile/Scrum projects.
