The uniqueness of the New Entrepreneurz mind-set compared with that of any other is its mastery in turning red titles into green titles.

It's important to note that when we refer to green and red titles, we don't mean shoulds and should nots or dos and don'ts. Should and shouldn'ts are feelings of guilt one experiences because of an imagined gap between some ideal sense of what life should be and what life actually is, whereas dos and don'ts are commands. Neither of those are what we mean.

Neither do green and red titles equate with red lights and green lights. Typically a red light has you stop in your tracks, but green lights mean go, go, go full speed ahead. That's not what we mean, either.

In FreshBiz terminology and in the FreshBiz game, green titles are optional and red titles are mandatory. Here's what we mean:
