About the Authors
Danna Greenberg
Danna Greenberg is an associate professor of management at Babson College, where she holds the Mandell Family Term Chair. Her field of expertise is organizational behavior, where she teaches core and elective courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels.
Professor Greenberg’s primary area of research focuses on the intersection between organizations, family, and community. Currently, she is involved in two large research studies related to pregnancy in the workplace and the negotiation of flexible work arrangements.
