Conference Room Wall Presentations

The rule here is very simple. If you choose not to use a whiteboard and intend to hang your presentation (flip chart paper) on the perimeter walls of a conference room in a more interactive and physical “drill down” or “workout” format, be certain you reveal only one section at a time as you proceed around the room. This way you will be able to control your audience’s attention much better than if they were constantly surrounded on all sides by detailed information. You may need an assistant to cover up the old panels as you move into the new ones. As with PowerPoint and presentation decks, try to tell the story of what’s on the next panel before you actually show the panel.
