You have borne with me through many chapters and ideas. I’ve shared with you most of what I have learned about leadership.
Now I have to put the ball back in your court. There is only one person who can resolve to make you a leader or a better leader. That’s you.
Though it sounds audacious, I urge you to challenge yourself to become a Great Leader. The reason is that we rarely achieve more than our highest aspiration and we sometimes fall short. To ensure you become a leader or a better leader, set your sights on becoming a Great Leader. With hard work and some luck, you just might do it.
