The Many Ways in Which Individuals Experience and Manage Their Multiculturalism

Not every multicultural understands his or her cultural identity in the same way. In a recent study, a group of researchers asked multicultural individuals what it was like to be multicultural. Many of them responded that it was like being a salad with all the different colors and textures of their cultures combined in one bowl.
