All the un-ignorable moments and found pilots in the world will not create organization-wide change unless you can broaden the effort to include more people than were directly involved in those moments or are engaged in the found pilots. You need a preponderance of people for the change initiative to take on its own momentum, and to move beyond the confines of the offices and labs where it began.
