I have been in retail for 30 years, and my amazing journey began quite by accident. My parents moved my family from Los Angeles to a very small town in Arkansas during my junior year in high school. The move was incredibly traumatic and dramatic, not unlike most things in a high school girl’s life! Like many young people, I didn’t have any specific career in mind; however, I knew several things with absolute certainty: I was not staying in this horrible country bumpkin place called Arkansas.
