STRUCTURE OF THE BOOK
After an Introduction that serves as an orientation to coaching, the first two chapters explore the nature of habits and mindfulness, invite you to consider mindfulness as integral to serving others in a coaching capacity, and offer specific means for cultivating your own mindfulness.
Chapters Three through Ten present and explore the seven distinct Voices through which coaches do their work. One chapter is devoted to each Voice and elaborates the aspects that comprise that Voice, providing extensive sample dialogues that bring these distinctions to life.
