MODELING LEARNING AND GROWTH

The third Aspect of the Master concerns the way we lead our lives. As coaches, we earn the right to work with our clients by acquiring knowledge of both our specific areas of expertise and the larger territory of learning and change. Our exhortations to our clients to “create the life you want” will sound hollow and hypocritical if we have not sought to do the same. It’s not that we must demonstrate mastery in everything that we touch. It’s that we must be fully engaged in our own pursuit of mastery. In so doing, we model for our clients a way of living life fully.
