EXPLORING AND RESOLVING CLIENT DOUBTS AND HESITATIONS

Often resistance surfaces just at the point where the client is getting ready to make a commitment. Everything sounds good until it comes time to take the plunge. Sitting on the precipice of change has a way of bringing up every doubt and question that’s lurking in the background.
It’s part of the coach’s job as Contractor to ensure that the client’s commitment is robust and full. This doesn’t mean that all of the client’s anxieties and resistances have been banished; it simply means that the client is fully committed to moving forward.
