A key to building your skills as a coach is to cultivate the ability to observe yourself in action. Our clients will also require the ability to self-observe in order to cultivate new behaviors and options in relation to the challenges they face in their own lives as leaders of organizations and leaders of their own lives. Self-observation is foundational to everything that follows in this book.
