If you work in an office, you deal with—probably on a daily basis—traffic on the way to work, brash coworkers, lunches stolen from the refrigerator, strenuous collaboration, boredom...and traffic on the way home. While I can’t really help you with the traffic issue, I can encourage you to think about the impact you have on others at work. And if you pass this book on to them, perhaps they’ll do the same, and then, yes, I will have solved all the known workplace issues. And then there will be Oprah appearances and possibly even a nod from Dr. Phil.
