Coming to Closure

Looking Back, Moving Forward

COMING TO CLOSURE should be a mutually satisfying learning experience. For this to happen, however, mentoring partners must be prepared for it and be mindful of it throughout the mentoring process. This means building in closure protocols and processes from the beginning and letting them evolve with the relationship—hence, the term coming to closure.
