MENTORING AGREEMENT
Until now we have been looking at the individual components of the negotiating conversation. When taken together these shared understandings become the basic framework of your mentoring agreement. They fit together like the pieces of a puzzle into a coherent whole and become the repository of your conversation notes. The form your mentoring agreement takes is not as important as its content. Your mentoring agreement could be as simple as organizing your notes, or you may decide to summarize your agreements in a memo of understanding.
