WHY CLOSURE IS OFTEN A CHALLENGE

The closure phase of the mentoring relationship is often overlooked or ignored. By the time you reach this phase you may be meeting less frequently, so the temptation is not to engage in closure but let the relationship fade out naturally rather than formally.
