Changing Behavior

We now move to Part II of our three-part process to achieve the cultural change required to implement market-savvy S&OP: changing behavior. You will likely find it is fairly easy to have a cross-functional team work together to create a vision, but it may be much more difficult to have the team work on behavioral change and process development.
