There are many great video and DVD programs that are available on the open market on a million different topics. These can be useful tools and good ways to expose your teams to the ideas of well-known speakers and experts without having to pay them to appear personally. I have always had a good response when I’ve used them. (As an aside, HRD Press, the publisher of this book, makes available for purchase a wide assortment of excellent videos, and I am saying that because I am a fan. No one told me to!)
