E-learning has become very popular over the past decade. Some companies are replacing traditional training with e-learning, which allows individuals to take the training right at their computer, when it is convenient for them. Some companies claim to have saved millions from this approach. I am sure some have, but others have really disappointed learners by abandoning more traditional forms in favor of more e-learning.
