Debunking the Myths

You’ve probably heard a lot of things about consultants over the years, good and bad. Before you make decisions about external programs, advice, and services, let’s shed a little light on a few of those urban legends.

Myth #1: You can do more with less. The phrase “do more with less” is insane. Realistically, people can be expected to do one of three things in business:

1.   Do less with less.

2.   Do more with more (this one’s easy).

3.   Do less with more.
