Preparing the Consulting Services Agreement

Consulting agreements should include an overview of the consulting project and explicitly state management’s initial requirements and expectations for the work at hand. They are useful tools for senior management in that they can guide the process until the consultant’s scope of work or project plan becomes the primary document.
