Understand Personal Needs

Treat your people very well. Pay attention to each person to determine what this means to them. Employees will have different needs at different times, and if you tune in and are aware of what they need or would appreciate most, you will establish a win-win relationship.

We spend a great deal of time figuring out and catering to our customers’ needs—if we don’t, they will go somewhere else. This is the same philosophy you should have about your employees. It’s hard to leave an organization that truly has your individual needs at heart!
