Competition

It is always a good idea to know your competition. This holds true with recruiting as well. By keeping up with trade journals, attending trade shows and seminars, and listening to customers and vendors, you can identify people from other organizations. Send word out through the industry grapevine on which positions you are hiring for. Again, you never know who might be looking for a new challenge.
