Communicating with Flexibility

Communicating with flexibility is having a full range of emotional expression and being able to adapt what you say based on what’s best for the situation. It’s knowing when to express your genuine emotions and when to modify or suppress their expression depending on the circumstances. It’s about communicating in a way that shows respect for others as well as for yourself. Making the effort to express yourself flexibly helps you optimize the coaching experience.
