A feedback loop is a system for the continuous return of information concerning the result of a process. It’s very important to be able to evaluate changes in the areas selected for development. Review your coaching goals to help you determine the best performance measures. Specific measures would include short-term deliverables and underlying processes in the employee’s workflow.
Discuss with the employee the best ways to measure improvement and growth. Make it part of your coaching conversation.
