When transformational efforts begin to feel like traumas, often the core problem is that the organization hasn’t taken time to define what great results look like for them! If you can’t envision where you’re going, how can you expect to get there? Symptoms of this are endless meetings with little result, team members feeling a sense of “lost” direction, or lots of fragmented, multi-directional efforts to improve this or that that seem to go nowhere.
