The Idea

In this step, the goals are to determine the results of the culture change efforts and to recycle the process. Since change is a never-ending process, this step is both the end and the beginning of the 4D process. Leaders need to take a hard look at how far the organization has come and how far it still needs to go—and then rekindle the desire to proceed. This step provides the systematic follow-up that is crucial to lasting change.
