The Idea

There are always more problems to solve than we have time to address. One key to team development is to have a set of priorities everyone agrees are critical to success. On most teams every member has a different image of the make or break issues—there is no clear sense of priorities that pose a common challenge to the whole team. This is even more common on virtual teams that include many different perspectives.
