Logs, Diaries, and Journals

It is important that you record your reflections and learning, perhaps in a log, diary, or journal. If you follow the self-reflection exercise described in the previous section for three or more experiences, you will find yourself becoming more insightful about what you are learning during the actual experience. Recording your observations will become second nature to you and you will find yourself thinking about journal writing following your day-to-day experiences.
