A.A.P.—AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN

A document that measures progress toward the utilization of minorities and females, as defined by local and in some cases national availability (labor market) rates. Where there is under- utilization, affirmative action is taken to remedy the situation. Affirmative action can be through recruitment or promotion.
