EDR membership

Members of the EDR board, like the ombudsman, are appointed for a specified period of time. Each member should represent a different function and a different job category. The following information comes from a company that uses the EDR process:

Accounting	Exempt Manager

Office and Clerical	Nonexempt
Warehousing	Hourly
