Successful Time Management and Task Accomplishment

Step One: Create a Master “To Do” List

This is a critical step. Many managers and supervisors try to keep track of all their tasks by leaving reminder notes for themselves. Yes, 3M Post-it notes work great for reminders. Little slips of paper and telephone message slips are other great reminders. The problem with this method is that little pieces of paper get lost. It can also be confusing.
