To make the group speechwriting conference work the way it should, you’ll need to follow a few simple but necessary rules:

1.   Ensure that all members of the group have sufficient time to read and edit the draft before the meeting.

2.   Conduct the meeting with all members present in a setting away from phones and outside disturbances.
