I WISH I COULD TELL YOU that there is a secret formula for a successful rewards program. It takes a lot of hard work from a lot of people to make a total rewards program work within an organization. It seems to me that the key to a successful rewards program isn’t so much about a sophisticated or elegant design as it is about making sure that it fits with the organization’s business strategy and work culture and that people believe it makes sense to them.
