Unpacking the example

This tool gives structure and purpose to any discussion about an important decision. The coach started by getting the coachee to identify the outcome – to work more efficiently.

Coachee:

Coach, I am having trouble making a decision about the way I currently work.

Coach:

What is it you want to do? (Outcome desired)
