One of the greatest military leaders in history, Napoleon Bonaparte, ‘The Little Corporal’, was born in Corsica in 1769. This tool is based on Napoleon’s Completed Staff Work idea. Napoleon wanted to stop his generals bringing so many problems to him, so he asked them to go through a series of questions to see if they could solve it for themselves. It reportedly stopped 80 per cent of all demands on his time.
