Once you have identified a clear, action-oriented objective with the STORM model, you will need to use the GOLD model to review and measure your coachee’s progress on an ongoing basis. You may also want to use it at the beginning of the COACH model (O – Outcome desired), and work through the steps to develop and explore the action planning process in more depth.
