STORM gives you and your coachees a tool to help set a well-defined, time-bounded objective, which also helps you to identify the people and resources needed to set it in motion.
The process of identifying people and resources needed to achieve the objective generates the first steps of an action plan.
Use it at the beginning of the COACH model.
Use the GOLD model to review your coachees’ progress towards their objective on an ongoing basis, using the measurements of progress you have already identified.
