Manager:

You’ve said that you’ll try to follow the action points we’ve generated. You don’t sound very confident! (Notices and acknowledges the temperature) Is there anything else that you want to clarify? (Probing question)

Coachee:

Well, yes. I’m still not sure how I’m going to get these people to move on to a different agenda item when the allocated time is up.
