Chapter 5. Playing with Electronics

Most Makerspaces can accommodate electronic projects that range from fuzzy soft-circuits to complex surface-mount monstrosities. Regardless of the complexity, the starting point of any electronics project (Figure 5-1) should be to visualize how the project works. I prefer to use a computer to create a virtual circuit prior to prototyping because it helps me iron out potential problems. How you approach the task is up to you, but remember, “prior planning prevents poor performance!”
