What’s your point?

We all have our own individual fears. Often these fears become self-fulfilling prophecies. You feel anxious about something, the conversation you have in your head makes you even more anxious about it and those anxieties are played out in your behaviour. Sometimes it is also easy to generalise – for example, has every mix and mingle’ event or every presentation been a terrible experience? I’m ready to bet not. So what made the good ones work?
