HOW DO I BUILD TEAM SPIRIT?
Why it’s important: Great team spirit helps people to go beyond their self-imposed limits.
There are a number of concepts that are very difficult to define – for example, beauty, leadership and justice – but you recognise them immediately when you see them. The same is true of team spirit. Without team spirit, a group of six people will produce the work of six people. With team spirit, synergy occurs and suddenly the team is producing the work of eight or more people.
The advice given below is equally applicable to a project team or the team of people you work with every day.
