WHAT ARE THE THREE RULES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT?

Why it’s important: You need to get the basics right if your project is to have any chance of success.

Kelly Johnson famously devised 14 rules and practices for project work at the aircraft manufacturer Lockheed Martin. Many of these rules related to the working practices of the company, but contained within his advice were three rules that are essential to the good management of all projects.
