Managers are judged by how productive they and their teams are. The pressure for greater productivity has increased in recent years and it’s become common for managers to be asked to do more while seeing their staff and resources reduced. To achieve the highest level of productivity, both you and your team have to be switched on and committed. If you can achieve this then you will feed off each other’s energy and a virtuous circle will be created.
