HOW CAN I GET EVERYONE TO CONTRIBUTE/SPEAK AT MEETINGS?

Why it’s important: Meetings are supposed to improve decision making or outcomes by pooling the knowledge of those present. If someone fails to speak, they add nothing to the meeting.

I’m sure you’ve attended many meetings where a significant proportion of those present said nothing. Such people fall into two groups. For those in Group A the meeting is of no interest whatsoever and they only attend out of habit or because they were told to.
