MANY MANAGERS PASS ALONG a thought of the day to those with whom they work: a virtual “stand-up” meeting if you will. This e-mail could be a quote, a message related to your business, or simply a reminder to your team. Whatever the case, a simple daily thought to your team members is a great way to develop their knowledge and skills. If you don’t feel as though you have the time, then see if someone on your team is willing to complete this task.
