11.12. VOICE-TO-TEXT

This is something I personally use and love. When someone calls me and leaves a message on my voice mail, the voice-to-text service instantly translates the voice message to text (using a computer text-to-speech program) and e-mails that message to me.

Its accuracy is simply amazing—it even correctly transcribed "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" (I tested it)!

In cases where the text isn't clear, you can listen to the voice message—it's sent as an attachment to the e-mail. The service I use is PhoneTag.com, and the others offer similar features.
