55.5. VIDCASTING
Vidcasting is basically the same as podcasting, except you have video in addition to the audio. The only difference in the RSS file is that the enclosed file is a video file (with integrated audio) instead of audio.
If you want, you can enclose an audio file and a video file. That way, your subscribers can choose between one or the other—if they have only an audio-capable device, they can still listen to your broadcast.
